Refund policy
The 30-night guarantee
Try Moonchild for 30 nights. If it isn't for you, email hello@getmoonchild.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll refund what you paid for the product, minus $7 to cover shipping. Keep the jar. Nothing needs to be sent back.
Who it covers
- Your first order with Moonchild. One guarantee per customer and per household.
- Subscription and one-time orders both qualify. If your first order started a subscription, we cancel the subscription when we process the refund, so you are not charged again.
- Orders of more than one jar: the guarantee covers the full first order and the $7 deduction applies once.
How it works
- Email hello@getmoonchild.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We confirm by email within 2 business days. No return label, no forms.
- The refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days of our confirmation. Banks can take a few more days to post it.
What isn't covered
- Second and later orders, including renewal shipments. Renewals can be skipped or cancelled any time before the next billing date from the link in your order email.
- Gift cards and sale items.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. This is separate from the 30-night guarantee and doesn't use it up.
Cancellations
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, so we can't cancel an order once it's placed. If you change your mind, the 30-night guarantee has you covered. Subscriptions can be changed, skipped or cancelled at any time from the link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing hello@getmoonchild.com.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right is in addition to the 30-night guarantee.
